Trust(ed)

When people hear about trust they tend to think of intimate relationships.

However that's not the only aspect that trust plays a part in.

Recently Jamaica and the world have noticed the abuse of women and children.

And it is a sad thing when you think of the predator being someone you look up to.

Reverend, Pastors, Clergy men, the people we go to for spiritual and moral guidance.

When the world around us is screaming "The Sky is Falling!" they are supposed to be ones that reminds of a plan that God has that will make everything.

But recently we have seen where these "moral compasses" seem to broken.

Why?

Now I think about having to not only watch out for your kids with strangers but family and now your priest.

I guess we can still try to see a silver lining and say "Not all priests are like that."

But... who are the ones to trust? How do we know who aren't to be trusted?
